Founded more than 30 years ago by Neil Abel upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Abel Caterers is a family-owned company that has delighted in serving the Northeast exceptional kosher cuisine. Abel Caterers Elegant Events reflects the combined expertise, creativity, reliability, and exceptional value that four generations of catering heritage offer. Today, following in the great catering tradition of her father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Meredith Abel, Neil’s daughter, oversees Abel Caterers along with her talented staff, many of whom have been with the company since it was founded.
