Carlos & Gabby’s Steakhouse & Grill

Located in beautiful Miami Beach, another Carlos & Gabby’s has taken over! Being close to the Miami Airport and beaches, it has been attracting and satisfying many hungry customers since November of 2015. With its comfortable booths, Mexican- American cuisine, and large and reasonably priced menu, this place is a perfect fit for all. Owners Aaron and Rachel visited the Carlos & Gabby’s of New York and fell in love with the idea of a Mexican themed restaurant. They then headed home and bought into the successful franchise.

Different than the other Carlos & Gabby’s, this is a sit-down restaurant with waiter service. They have a large enough menu, where everybody could find something that they like. Recommended starters include their Smoked Chicken Wings with a side of Smokey Ranch, and their Mojito Chicken Skewers with Lime, Cilantro, and a Tortilla on the side. One of the biggest fan favorites would be their Philly Steak Sandwich with Sliced Steak, Peppers and Onions, and a Cheesy Sauce, on a Toasty Hoagie. For those that prefer something lighter, they offer a Grilled Portobello Wrap with Fajita Vegetables, Romaine, and a Balsamic Vinaigrette. They also have tons of salads to choose from. Many people rave about their BBQ Burnt Ends platter, which is the burnt ends of meat from the smoker that comes with a side of Pit Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw, and Pickle Chips. Carlos & Gabby’s also has a kids menu, offers complete catering for parties of all sizes and online ordering.

Local residents, Aaron and Rachel, have been a dominant force in the food business on 41st Street, as they also own Kastner's Market and Capri Italian & Sushi just a block away. They believe in supporting and giving back to the community. In fact, in the summer of 2016, they hosted a special needs event as part of the #foodieforward project and the smiles of the children were priceless. Carlos & Gabby's Smokehouse....not only nourishing for the body but also the soul.
