Mendis – Tsfat

The highlight of the new building is the Bashert restaurant. An innovative and magical restaurant open all weekdays, with a chef's menu that combines advanced cooking methods with a twist of fine chunks of meat from the smokehouse. Combining flavors from the authentic Jewish cuisine produced with advanced cooking techniques in a variety of dishes ranging from chicken soup with crepes, Jewish gnocchi with shredded meat, lynches with smoked liver, and other classic 'regular' dishes such as steak rocca, grilled fish and various smoked meats.
