Essential Baking is an organic bakery. They make specialty artisan breads at the 80% or better organic level.Every day we bake organic artisan breads, pastries and desserts using the highest quality ingredients and traditional techniques. We also bake high quality, all natural gluten free sliced breads, rolls and buns in a separate dedicated gluten, dairy, soy and nut free facility. We value using non-gmo and organic ingredients. Visit our neighborhood cafes in Georgetown, Wallingford, Madison Park, and Bellevue for fresh-made sandwiches, salads, soups and crepes, along with organic and fair-trade coffee and tea.
